Kevin "Big Kev" Vincent Lane, 61, of Elizabeth, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025. He was born January 12, 1964 in Pittsburgh and was the son of the late Donald J. and Dolores M. (Dusch) Lane. Loving husband of 35 years to Vickey L. (Sedlock) Lane. Kevin was the owner of Lane's Autobody in Versailles for 15 years, where he was very talented in making vehicles that entered his shop look great. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and also enjoyed cheering on the Pirates, Penguins and Steelers. He also enjoyed playing Texas Hold'em and lighting off fireworks with his family. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Karly and Miranda Lane of Elizabeth; son, Kevin "Little Kev" Lane of Elizabeth; grandchildren, Miley James, Maci James and Layla Apel; brothers, James, Gary (Mary) and Donald (the late Elaine) Lane; sister, Lori Olsen; nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by his sister, Cindy Pistella and cousin, Mary Jean Shafer. Friends are welcome Tuesday, October 28, 2025 from 2-8 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, director. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 10 AM at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Irwin.
