James Leroy Lemmons, 76, of Walnut Ridge, passed away at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. James was born on May 14, 1946, to Doyle and Callie Lemmons.
James is preceded in death by his parents, Doyle and Callie Lemmons; brother Doyle Lemmons; and his sister Barbara Brand.
James is survived by his wife Billie Lemmons; children Rick (Donna) Lemmons and Delaina (Mark) Johnson both of Pocahontas; grandchildren Jacob (Rachael) Lemmons, Joshua (Makayla) Lemmons, Monica Schadler, Trent Johnson, and Racquel (Justin) Hawkins; great grandchildren Addie Lemmons and Saylor and Rhea Hawkins; many nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
All services will be held in the chapel of Hope Gardens Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2022, from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, with the funeral to immediately follow, with Gerald Fears officiating. James will be laid to rest at Randolph Memorial Gardens.
Honored to carry James to his final resting place are Jacob Lemmons, Josh Lemmons, Trent Johnson, Jeremy Lemmons, Ronnie Haynes, and Rob Raglin. Honorary pallbearer is Monica Schadler. Service Details. Visitation
