James Dale Little, of O Fallon, MO, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Jean Little; cherished son of the late Dale and Alice Little; devoted father of Jeffrey (Jana) Little, and Bryan (Janice) Little; loving grandfather of Adam Little, Amanda Little, Bryanna (Luke) Saylor, Caleb Little, and Alicia (Jonah) Bartig; loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Washington University, master’s degree from University of Missouri in Rolla, and dedicated 38 years of his career to McDonnell Douglas. A devoted fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the St. Louis Football Cardinals, Jim was also an avid cyclist who participated in Bike Across Missouri (BAM) and completed three Lake St. Louis Triathlons. In his younger years, he enjoyed camping and canoeing, embracing the outdoors with enthusiasm. A faithful member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church, Jim was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
