James "Jim" Lulloff, age 69, of New Holstein, passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, following a lengthy illness.
He was born February 17, 1956, at Holy Family Hospital in Manitowoc to the late Roman & Joyce (Koeppen) Lulloff. Jim attended Saints Peter & Paul Grade School and Kiel High School.
On March 29, 2006, he married Ramona Keltesch in Chilton.
In the early 1980's, Jim started recycling scrap metals. In 1989, he opened his shop in New Holstein until selling it in March 1994. After selling his scrap metal business, he purchased two semi trucks and began over the road hauling out of the state of Kentucky. In 2005, he opened J&J Recycling in Plymouth until his retirement in 2018.
Jim was known for his strong work ethic and his ability to get things done. He enjoyed trap shooting, coon hunting, and cutting firewood. Above all Jim was a devoted husband, father, and provider who took great pride in providing for his family.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Ramona; his children, Marie (Jeremy) Brenner of Eldorado, Justin (Kimberly) Lulloff of New Holstein, Robert (Tanya) Schwarz of St. Cloud, Melissa (Nick) Kaat of New Holstein, and Charles Schwarz (significant other, Shelby Winkel) of New Holstein; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; his brothers & sisters, John Lulloff (special friend, Vickie Bryant), Joan (Ronald) Staats, Dina (Richard) Hersey, Charlie (Kathy) Lulloff, Mary (Russell) Bonde, Jean Lulloff (special friend, David Scroggins), Daniel Lulloff (Patrick Uselding), David Lulloff (Cody Grizzoffi), Jill (Robert) Rutten, and Peggy Lulloff (fiancé, Matt Grohskopf); his brothers-in-law & sister-in-law, Steve (Barb) Keltesch, Paul (Pat) Keltesch, Mike (Lori) Keltesch, and Renee Keltesch. He is further survived by many nieces; nephews; other relatives; and many friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Roman & Joyce Lulloff; his sisters & brother, Diane Lulloff, Victoria (Paul) Pethan, Paul Lulloff, and Susie Lulloff; and his father-in-law & mother-in-law, Robert & Cordula "Cookie" Keltesch.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, WI 53061.
