James Isaac McKeithen was born on November 4, 1962, at Columbia, LA to the union of his parents, the late Venice Mouser McKeithen and Joann Bailes McKeithen. He passed from this life on March 21, 2023, at his residence at Grayson following an extended illness. He was a truck driver for over twenty-two years, having driven with National Carriers and also Lewellyan Logging and Adkins Logging Companies. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Joe McKeithen and his father-in-law, Charles Antley. James was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. James had a smile that would light up any room he went into. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Carol Antley McKeithen of Grayson; his son, James McKeithen (Jacy) of Grayson; two daughters, Ashlie McKee (Christopher) of Calhoun and Brittany King (Jay) of Grayson; two brothers, Rev. Jack McKeithen (Susan) of Clarks and Rev.
