James Robert "Jim" Moon

Keshena – James "Jim" Robert Moon, 60, passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022. He was born on September 26, 1961, in Appleton, the son of Robert and Dorothy (Kearn) Moon. James was united in marriage to Diane Susor on June 12, 2009, and she preceded him in death on January 16, 2019. He owned and operated Midwest Motorsports for 10 plus years. James loved his wife, grandkids, all things classic cars, and his dogs: Zoey and Romeo. He enjoyed estate sales, spending time on the water, fireworks, and was a collector of many things.
James is survived by his 4 children: Travis Moon, Jeremy (Jordania) Moon, Katherine Coates, and Cori (Cody) Rein; 14 grandchildren: Adrian, Penelope, Damien, Jordan, Grayson, Scarlette, Jordan, Teagan, Ayedan, Landan, Raelan, Skyler, Brycen, and Caleb; a sister: Judi Moon; a brother: Ronald (Patricia) Moon; step-children: Dustin (significant other Shea McCarthy) Susor and Christina Hudson; and many many friends.
James was preceded in death by his wife and parents; 2 grandchildren: Mkaylan and Peysan; two sisters: Beverly Moon and Kathy Lindell.
Memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon, on Friday, January 21, 2022, at the Wichmann Funeral Home, Tri-County Chapel, 1592 Oneida St., Appleton. Visitation will be on Friday at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
