James Nauert Obituary
James Robert Keith “Jamie” Nauert, age 26, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at his home in Morley, MO.
On January 19, 1999, in Cape Girardeau, MO he was born to Donald and Kelly Coomer Nauert.
Jamie was an avid television enthusiast and loved spending time with his family and his dog Chip.
Jamie is survived by his parents and one sister, Elizabeth and Cameron Carey of Charleston, MO and one incredibly special nephew Liam Harris.
He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Morley Baptist Church.
During his time Jamie has had a number of very special caretakers, of which the family would like to sincerely thank: Elizabeth Carey, Sandra Sauceda, Carey Pavon, Gary Blagg, Jessica Phillips, Joyce Worley, Tammy Hendershot, Shelby Niederbrach, Chrystal Johnson, Shelly Cornelius, Linda McKinney, Kayla Dollins, Brian Sloan, and several aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at the Morley Baptist Church from 11:00 am until the funeral hour at 1:00 pm, with Pastor David Thompson officiating.
Interment will follow in the New Morley Cemetery in Morley, MO.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel of Scott City, MO to assist with funeral costs.
