James was a prior landlord of mine. He was always so kind and understanding. My condolences go out to all of his family and loved ones!

I know Jimmy because he was one of the teenagers in my neighborhood who were friends of my daughter back in the day. I hadn't seen him in a good many years, but I thought of him & his business several years ago when I needed to have the gutters cleaned out on my house.
The day he & his helper came to my house, I was trying to finish up getting tree & shrub branches loaded into the dumpster I had rented. The company I'd rented the dumpster from was coming that afternoon to pick up the dumpster.
Without me asking or even hinting I needed help, after my gutters were all cleaned, Jimmy & his helper went to the back of my property & loaded the very large pile of branches into the dumpster for me, without even charging me extra.
I know he did it because we had known each other for years, even though we probably hadn't seen each other in a good 25 years or more & didn't ever really interact with each other hardly at all.
I feel like he did that act of kindness out of respect for me & the goodness of his heart. I didn't really know if I'd be able to get that branch pile all into the dumpster in time before they came to pick it up.
As it turns out the company picked up the dumpster a half hour after Jimmy & his helper left. I wouldn't have finished up on time on my own
I was so happy at this unexpected help from him, so the last thing I did before he left was give him a big hug.
I'm glad I did
Rest with God Jimmy.
