Mr. James Garrett "Gary" Ramsey, Jr., 67, of Hartwell Road, Lavonia, passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at his residence.
Mr. Ramsey was born in Asheville, NC on May 6, 1949, son of the late James Garrett Ramsey, Sr. and Maude West Ramsey. He was a 1968 graduate of TC Roberson High School and a customer service representative having retired from Toccoa Ford. Gary was a member of Abundant Life Church in Hartwell.
Surviving are his siblings: Carl Andrew Ramsey and his wife Susy of Asheville, Thomas Dale Ramsey of Lavonia, Fonda Ramsey Durner and her husband Ron of Asheville, and Russell W. Ramsey and his wife Tammy of Anderson, SC.
At the family's request, no celebration of life events are planned.
