Born September 16, 1931, in Cumberland, MD, Mr. Rotruck was the son of the late Walter Edward Rotruck and Blanche Elizabeth (Taylor) Rotruck. He was also preceded in death by his five brothers and his one sister.
James was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, and retired from Ford Motor Company Stamping Plant in Walton, OH.
He is survived by his son: Craig; his daughter: Krista; and his special friend: Laura Self.
There will be no services.
Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
