James (Jack) Spicer beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, was called to eternal rest on April 18, 2025. He is now reunited with his cherished wife, Vonnie, who passed just six months earlier. Jack and Vonnie's love story began in Oak Ridge, where he proposed to her on their second date. His career was marked by both technical excellence and an unwavering dedication to his work.
In addition to his professional achievements, Jack was a devout Catholic. He had a very strong devotion to Carmelite Spirituality. He loved the Charismatic movement, he actively served in his community, particularly through his involvement in benevolent ministry with the Hispanic population.
