James Eugene Wolfe, 57, of New Philadelphia passed away on August 13, 2024, at his home.
James was born in Dennison, Ohio, on January 3, 1967. He was the son of Ronald and the late Cheryl (Mickey) Wolfe of Dover. He graduated from Jewett Scio High School.
Those who knew James understood his passion for culinary arts; he was a gifted chef who delighted in the art of cooking. James found joy in the world of comic books and superheroes, immersing himself in the fantastical tales that ignited his imagination and brought him moments of pure enjoyment.
In addition to his father, Ronald, he leaves behind his brother, Timothy Wolfe of Jewett Scio; his nieces, Morgan (Cory) Litten of Dover, Abbie Wolfe of Dover; his nephew, Max Wolfe of Dover; and two great-nephews, Nolan and Oliver Litten of Dover.
In honoring his wishes, cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover. To sign an online guestbook for James, visit the obituary link on the funeral home's website.
