Jan Gasque

Mrs. Jan Gasque, age 66, of Aynor passed away at her residence Friday, October 17, 2025. Mrs. Gasque was the wife of the late Leroy Gasque and daughter of the late Malcolm and Fronnie Edwards Huggins. In addition to her husband and parents, she is predeceased by her siblings: Elisabeth Cannon, Edna Earl Shelley, Thomas Huggins, Carnell Walters, and Terry Huggins. Mrs. Jan was an outdoorsman that loved her dogs, cats, fishing, and hunting. She was a loving sister, friend and hard worker until her sickness. She is survived by three children: Malcolm Cook (Denise), Diane Ashley (Darnell), and Jacob Martin (Amber); 15 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and seven siblings: Ned Huggins, Jewell Russ, Mary Ann Huggins, Doris Hayes, Dale Goff, Rocky Huggins, and Robert Huggins. Visitation for Mrs. Gasque will be held Monday, October 20, 2025, from 12:00-12:45 at Johnson Funeral Home of Aynor. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Bill Brumbles officiating. Entombment will take place in the Magnolia Gardens of Hillcrest Cemetery.
