Jan Alan Mlodzik of Germantown passed away peacefully on Friday, November 7, 2025, at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 75. Born on June 16, 1950, in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, Jan was the beloved son of Chester and Georgia Mlodzik.
Jan had a lifelong love of music and cherished attending concerts in his younger years. A devoted Wisconsin sports fan, he stood by the Green Bay Packers through every season, even during the challenging years. He also closely followed the Milwaukee Brewers and enjoyed long conversations about the week’s games during baseball season. Golf was another passion of Jan’s, and he even worked as a groundskeeper at a golf course, combining his love for the sport with the beauty of the outdoors.
He treasured time spent with family, often relaxing with an ice-cold beer and lighthearted conversation. Above all, Jan was deeply proud of his children and grandchildren, who brought him endless joy.
Jan will be sadly missed by his children, Kim (Heather) Fromolz and Ian (Becky) Mlodzik; daughter-in-law Christine Mlodzik; and grandchildren, Jack, Max, Veronica, and Tony (Ashley). He is survived by his brothers, Chuck (Rosann) Mlodzik, Terry Mlodzik, brother-in-law Jim Barelmann, as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his son Eric Mlodzik, sister Kathy Barelmann, and his parents.
Honoring Jan’s wishes, a private celebration of life will be held with family members at a later date.
