Jan Wright, 71, a native of California and resident of Santa Cruz County for over 60 years, passed away in August from pancreatic cancer.
A graduate of Soquel High, SJSU and JFK University, she was a practicing Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for the last 20 years. She is survived by her husband Les, daughters Ashley and Brooke, brothers Mark and Ron. She is predeceased by her parents, Jay and Madeline.
A Funeral Mass will be held in her honor at the Catholic Community of San Agustin in Scotts Valley on October 19th at 10:00am. Friends, clients and former classmates are all welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations to celebrate her life can be made at Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter, Siena House and PanCAN (Pancreatic Cancer Action Network).org
