She is survived by her loving husband, Paul Thompson; her son Daniel (Andrea Thompson and their children Danny Jr., Maria, Devin, Alec, Alyssa, and Mylee; seven stepchildren, Paulette, Tommy, Darnell, Katheryn, Kiesha, Felicia, and Andre; siblings Carla (Floyd) Schmidt and Denis (Sue) Reich; as well as numerous grandchildren. She was preceded in eternal life with Christ by her sister Lori (Thomas) Burow.
Jana loved singing, puzzles, coloring, and caring for children. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and deeply loved God. She was known for her toughness, her optimism, and her ability to always find the good in difficult situations. Her legacy of faith, love, and resilience will continue to inspire those who knew her.
The family of Jana Lee Thompson wishes to express our deepest gratitude for your prayers, kind words, and support during this time of loss. Your presence today is a source of great comfort.
