Jane Patricia Kessler Allred, 95, passed away August 1, 2025 at home in Sherwood, Oregon. Born to John Peter Kessler and Elsie Margaret Parr Kessler on January 15, 1930 in Annville, PA. She graduated from Lebanon High School, PA. She attended Richmond Professional Institute (now VCU) for Interior Design graduating in 1952. While working for Armstrong Corp. in Lancaster, PA. Patricia "Pat" met a salesman in training from Aberdeen, NC. Daniel I. Allred, Jr. and J. Patricia Kessler were married February 7, 1955. This began their journey together, living in seven states in the South and Pacific NW raising their three children who were each born in a different state. Pat made sure each house and yard was perfectly designed and landscaped. In retirement, they had the time of their lives, traveling the continental United States in their RV seeing National Parks, family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, beloved son Daniel Ted Allred, brother, John Peter Kessler, Jr. and sister Phyllis Kessler Rose. Survived by her husband of 70 years, Daniel I. Allred Jr., son Michael Tim (Laurie) Allred of Sherwood, OR, daughter Jane Terri (Charles) Woodruff of Alexander, NY. Four grandchildren; Kelsey Ann (Taylor) Runckel of Sherwood, OR, M. Scott (Sydney) Allred of Newberg, OR, Libby Jane (Michael) Craig of Victor, NY, Kyle Joseph (Mia) Woodruff of Farmington, NY Four great-grandchildren; Jack and Markie Runckel, Gavin and Hailey Craig. Private service and burial will be at Bethesda Cemetery, Aberdeen, NC at a later date.
