A visitation will be held at Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home on Monday, December 15, 2025 from 4 Pm to 7Pm. A funeral service will be offered at St Joh's Lutheran Church, Middletown, NY on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 9:30 Am. Interment will follow at the Pine Lawn Cemetery, Farmingdale NY.
