Jane C. Loder

Jane C. Loder, 85, of Cheshire, beloved wife of the late John R. Loder, passed away at her home on August 15, 2022. Jane was born on April 8, 1937 in Patterson, NJ to the late Robert and Mabel Wasmer.
Jane graduated from Patterson State Teachers College in 1959 with a degree in education. She worked as a nursery school/kindergarten teacher for many years which she loved deeply. Jane was part of the red hat association, Cheshire women's club and Cheshire Girls swimming number 1 fan. She was a beautiful, loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother and she will be missed by all who knew her.
She leaves behind two daughters Janine L. Koukos (John) of Cheshire, CT and Cheryl A. Miller (Ray) of Bradenton, FL; four grandchildren, Theodore and Alexandria Koukos and Sarah and Alison Miller (Patryk Tryburski). She was predeceased by daughter Suzanne J. Moroz, son-in-law Frank J. Moroz and grandson Ryan C. Miller.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home, 615 South Main Street, Cheshire, CT. A Funeral Service will immediately commence at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Peter's Episcopal Church Cemetery, 59 Main St., Cheshire, CT.
