A memorial graveside service has been scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at New Resthaven Cemetery.
Janelle Wilson Dillard, 90, of Callisburg, TX, passed away November 12, 2022 in Gainesville, TX.
Janelle was born February 28, 1932 in Marietta, OK and graduated from Marietta High School. She was the consummate wife, mother, and homemaker. As a "Rancher's wife", Mrs. Dillard worked hand-in-hand with her beloved husband, Dutch. It was a priority for her to be present at her children's activities and 4-H events. Mrs. Dillard was a skilled cook, gardener, and seamstress.
Mrs. Dillard was preceded in death by: husband Dutch Dillard; parents Jack and Tootsie Wilson; son Timothy David Threadgill; daughter Lisa Threadgill; brother and sister-in-law Jack and Sachiko Wilson; and sister Nancy Wilson.
Survivors include: daughter Vicki Lynn Threadgill Kiester and husband Steven of Fort Worth, TX; daughter Karen Threadgill Bentley Hott of Callisburg, TX; step-daughter Sue Dillard Campbell of California; step-son Joe Dillard, III and wife Alexis of Marietta, OK; grandchildren: Jeff Threadgill and wife Anita, C.J. Lloyd and wife Becky, Carrie Tutt and husband Jay, Randi Leeann Hott and partner Dustin Sims, Lance Campbell, and Mark Shannon Dillard; great-grandchildren: Cole Threadgill, Chelsea Guevera, Brianna Lloyd, William Lloyd, Molly Wagner, Madelyn Ramsey, Chloe Campbell, Jack Campbell, and Claire Campbell; great-great-grandson Oliver Swanson; and brother Jim Wilson and wife Jan of Las Cruces, NM.
