Janet Lynette Miracle Collins, 60, of Speedwell, Tennessee passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025, at the Claiborne Medical Center in Tazewell. She was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky on August 20, 1965, and was the daughter of the late Jasper L. Miracle and Gracie Lee Harp Mullins. Janet was a homemaker that dearly loved her husband, children and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Timothy Miracle and Troy Michael Miracle, and sister, Beverly Collins.
Survivors include her husband of 37 years, John Collins; children, Amy Luchini and Harley Holicki, Ray Zachrich and Amy, Roseanne Zachrich, John David Collins, III, Brandon Collins and Kala, Travis Zachrich and Megan Poore, Troy Michael Collins, and Payton Karr and Tyler; seventeen grandchildren; sister, Sharon Hunley; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 31, 2025, at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel with Rev. Ricky Braden officiating. Burial will follow in the Chenoa Cemetery at Chenoa, Kentucky with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 30, at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel in Harrogate, which is honored to be serving the Collins family.
