Janet Bryan Kilgore, 81, of Concord, NC, formerly of Stevensville, MI passed away on Friday, April 2, 2021 at her home, surrounded by her family.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 7, 2021 in the Wilkinson Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rev. Jim Strickland. The family will greet friends following the service.

Janet was born in Pittsburgh, PA on June 30, 1939 to the late John Bryan and Mary O'Neil Bryan. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Lee Kilgore; brothers, John Bryan and Craig Bryan; sister, Lois Sparrow.

Janet was an animal and music lover from the time she was young. Art was one of her passions, being a well decorated watercolorist. She also enjoyed quilting, gardening and was an avid reader. She was a member of the Berrien Quilt club. With her joy of gardening she had a contract with Welch's grape juice for 30 acres of grapes that she & Gordon tended to. She and Gordon were also active members of Stevensville United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her sons, Tim G. Kilgore and wife, Joyce of Concord, NC; Jeffrey B. Kilgore of Concord, NC and daughter, Jana Leslie Kilgore and husband, Patrick Bremser of Hawaii; grandchildren, Spencer Kilgore and wife, Hannah, Lindsay Kilgore, Jordan Kilgore and Joshua Kilgore, Gary & Savannah Kilgore & Lauren Neiswender; great grandchild Travis Overton.

Memorials may be to Stevensville United Methodist Church, 5506 Ridge Road, Stevensville, MI 49127.
