Janet Klinger Obituary
Janet E. (Smith) Klinger, age 73, of Eaton passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. She was born September 25, 1950 in Dayton, OH to the late Raymond and Mayfra (Lynch) Smith. Janet was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed watching sports, camping, watching her grandchildren show rabbits, and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Klinger. She is survived by her son, Dustin Klinger (Angela Yant); grandchildren: Cecilia Ann Klinger, Addie Klinger, Ellie Klinger, Jase Yant, Bailey Yant and Grace Wissinger; brother, Donald (Liz) Smith; nephew, Deron (Angela) Smith; and niece, Melissa (Larry) Burkett. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton. Burial will follow at Wares Chapel Cemetery in West Manchester, OH. Memorial contributions can be made in Janet's honor to Gard Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral arrangements.
