Janet Nordman Obituary
Janet Mary Nordman (Barthel), age 87, of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 while surrounded by her loving family.
Preceded in death by husband, Arnold; brother, Ronald Barthel; and daughter-in-law, Karen Nordman.
Survived by sons, Jeffrey, Kevin (Jackie), Mark (Jodi), and Gary (Robin); grandchildren, Britni, Chelsy, Olivia, Amanda, Alyssa, Victoria, Allison, and Aaron; and ten great grandchildren, Weston, Nicholas, Addison, Maveric, Lillian, Stella, Romi, Emma, Finn, and Stetson; sisters, Joyce Volbert, Jeannie Schmidt, and Karen Lundgren; and many nieces and nephews.
Janet's family would like to extend a warm thank you to those at Regions Hospital and HealthPartners Hospice for their care and compassion.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM, Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 920 Holley Ave., St. Paul Park, MN 55071. Burial will follow at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
