In Loving Memory - Janet Lee Sanchez
Janet Lee Sanchez was born to Earnest S. and Nora JoAnn Freeman on July 21, 1952. A proud graduate of Grant High School (Class of 1970),
Janet loved to travel her adventures has taken her to Germany, Alaska, New York, Korea,Canada and several other places.
Family was central to Janet's life. In 1972 she welcomed her son, Micheal Paul Jannaman, in Lawton, Oklahoma, and in 1974 she gave birth to her daughter, Dana Lee Jannaman.
In 1995 she married Andres Rafael Sanchez - a partnership marked by deep, selfless love. Andres cared for Janet with kindness and devotion; together they shared a life filled with
warmth and generous spirit. As people fondly said, Janet had "champagne taste on a beer pocketbook," and Andres lovingly did his best to make her dreams come true.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Earnest and JoAnn Freeman of Oklahoma City, and by her sisters Carol Rene' and Earnestine JoAnn, also of Oklahoma City.
Janet is survived by:
Her husband of 30 years, Andres Rafael Sanchez, of the home
Her son, Micheal Paul Jannaman, his wife Carol, and their children Jamie, Jessi, and Trenton of Oklahoma City
Her daughter, Dana Landrith, her husband Mike, and their child Aubrey Nychelle of Oklahoma City
Three great-grandchildren: Hensley, Huxton, and Sterling
She will be remembered for her devotion to family and the gentle, joyful presence she brought to those around her. Her memory lives on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, loved ones, and
all who were fortunate to know her.
