"We are heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Janette “Janie Pie” Rodaway a true gentle soul. Jan met the love of her life and beloved spouse, Kereen “Keens” Rodaway of 7 years, not long enough. Jan was caring and her smile lit up the world like stars in the sky. Jan, born on June 15th, 1975, touched countless hearts with her kindness and love for life and her kids. She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter and will be deeply missed. She is survived by her spouse Kereen “Keens” Rodaway, their blended family children Brianna Ayala, Brooklyn Amundson, Donovan “Bud” Amundson Jr., Dylan West and Charlotte “Lotte” Vaughan- Rodaway, siblings Clair Norton-Born, Nola Tymoczko, Victoria Morgan, Douglas West, Deania Hobbs, Randy West Sr., Byron West, Chris West and Jason West. Jan was adored by her mother-in-law Doreen Rodaway and father-in-law Kerry Rodaway. Jan was a member of a large and close-knit family consisting of 35 nieces and nephews and their children, along with cousins, aunts and uncles. Jan nannied for many families which she was referred to frequently as their bonus mom. She was proceeded in death by her mother Darlene West (Calhoun), her father Marshall West, her baby sister Amanda Strange, maternal grandmother Thelma Calhoun , and maternal great uncle James Manker.
