She was born September 29, 1941 in Salt Lake City Utah to Alexander William Cox Harrison and Adelma Margaret Hatch Harrison. She grew up in Salt Lake City and married Gary Brian Angell. They later divorced. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints serving in various ward and stake positions. A favorite accomplishment of hers was working in the Bountiful Temple as an ordinance worker from 2005-2023. She had a strong testimony and loved the people she worked with. She was an incredible mom, grandma and great-grandma. She loved her family very much. She considered her children and grandchildren to be her greatest blessings and was very involved in their lives. Jan was preceded in death by her daughter Susan, her parents, and her brother Joseph Earl Harrison. She is survived by her son, Robert Lee, two daughters, Annette Day and Emily Bailey (Chance), 12 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters Julia Myers (Ken) and Jeanne Holesapple.
