Janice Comer Obituary
Janice was a retired cook for the Fayette County Board of Education. She was also a member of the Fayetteville United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Comer Sr.; and a brother, Kenneth Adkins.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Tammy (Jeff) Stafford, Sam (Jean) Comer, Scott (Tara) Comer, and Alan (Natalia) Comer; a sister, Loberta (Danny) Jude; 10 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, March 6, 2026, at High Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Crawford officiating. Interment will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, West Virginia.
