Janice Kay (Fretz) Dunagan passed away peacefully on May 4, 2025, at
the age of 79. Janice was a loving wife to Ralph Dunagan for 58 years,
and a devoted mother to Ronnie, Steve, and Sherri.
Janice was born in Seminole, Oklahoma on July 25, 1945, and graduated
from Seminole High School. She married Ralph in Marietta, Oklahoma, on
September 12, 1962. She worked for 30 years in the office of the family
business, R.O. Dunagan Dozer Service. She spent the remainder of her
years loving and taking care of her children and grandchildren.
Janice is preceded in death by her parents, J.K. and Evelyn Fretz; her
brothers, Richard and Paul Fretz; her husband, Ralph Dunagan; and her
son, Ronnie Dunagan.
Janice leaves behind her children; Steve Dunagan, of Shawnee, OK, Sherri
McAlvain and husband Brian, of Seminole, OK; her grandchildren, Autumn
Dunagan, Andrew Dunagan, Addison Dunagan, Lauren McAlvain, Brynna
McAlvain, Ryan Dunagan, Zack Dunagan, and Joseph Dunagan; and her
great-grandchildren, Zoey, Synyster, Baylee, Easton, Coda, Olivia, ad C.J.
Graveside services will be held at Little Cemetery in Little, OK at 10:00 am
on Monday, May 12, 2025. Rodney Ackerman will officiate the service.
