Janice Golding Obituary
Janice Lynn Ellis Golding, age 83, passed away on May 12, 2025 in West Jordan, Utah. She was born on January 1, 1942 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Raymond and Nellie Ellis.
Janice retired after a long career as a dispatcher for the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Department. She graduated from Westminster College with a Psychology degree. She enjoyed writing poetry, playing the guitar, and oil painting.
She is survived by Randon Shane, Curtis LeMay, Marlow Leon, and Holly Lynn.
Janice is preceded in death by her parents, all of her siblings, and son Kerry Layne.
Memorial service will be held on May 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Oquirrh 5th Ward, 5208 W Cyclamen Way West Jordan, Utah 84081.
Per Janice’s request, she will be cremated with no graveside services.
