Janice M. Salzillo

74, of Johnston passed away Thursday November 16, 2023 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center
She was the beloved wife of the late Vincent Salzillo.
Born in Newport, RI, she was the daughter of the late John and Regina (Meighan) Silvia. Janice worked for Herff Jones Company for 40 plus years retiring in 2014.
She was the devoted mother of Dedra Durant and her husband Keith of Johnston and Danielle Bouressa and her husband Christopher of West Greenwich; loving grandmother of Jack and Cole Bouressa.
She was the loving sister of Patricia Pina of Pawtucket, Maureen Silvia of Providence, Rosemary Hannagan of Coventry and the late John Silvia, Sheila Demedeiros and Regina Silvia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her lifelong friend Cheryl Silva. Janice was the happiest when she was with family and friends.
Her funeral will be held on Wednesday November 22, 2023 at 10 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Cross Church, Providence at 11 am. Burial will be private.
Visiting hours are Tuesday November 21, 2023 from 4 pm to 7 pm.
