Jason M. Andrews

Andrews, Jason M., 47, of Bethpage, formerly of Hicksville, passed away unexpectedly on October 7, 2023. Loving husband of 4 years to Beth Hederman-Andrews. Adored father of Kellen and Reilly, also survived by their mother, Adrienne Andrews. Dear son of Joseph and the late Audrey Andrews. Cherished God Son of Karen Schmidt. Prior to becoming a business teacher for Plainview High School, he worked in the finance industry. Jason was resilient, outgoing, charismatic, always the life of the party and the group organizer. He enjoyed bringing people together, hosting get-togethers and always making more food than anyone could ever imagine eating. He was a huge sports fan, but his favorite teams were the Mets, Jets, and Islanders. In his free time, he enjoyed cooking and gardening. Jason's children were the light of his life and one of his greatest gifts and accomplishments. He loved coaching his kids in flag football, baseball, and softball. Jason will be missed by all who have had the pleasure of knowing him. The family will receive visitors Friday, October 13th, 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Broadway, Bethpage. Funeral Mass Saturday, October 14th, 10:30 am at St. Ignatius Loyola RC Church, Hicksville. Cremation Private.
