He was born on October 24, 1974, to William and Linda Berkoben in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Jason leaves behind his wife Heather (Shipman), currently of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina; three children, Josie, Jamie and Chloe of Peachtree City, Georgia where they reside with their mother Bonnie Teffeteller (Tom); his sister Marcie Herman (Mike) of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; his parents William and Linda Berkoben of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina and several nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm at Jesse H. Geigle Funeral Home, 2100 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg with the memorial service to begin at 3:00pm.
