Jason Crabb, 49, of Tenstrike died on July 13, 2024 at Sanford in Fargo, ND.
Jason was born September 2, 1974 in Wadena, Minnesota. He lived in Sebeka, Minnesota until they moved to Blackduck/Tenstrike in 1976. Jason attended school in Blackduck, graduating in 1993. He worked at Jerry's IGA (Leevers) while in high school. He later worked for Kenny's Amoco, Wilde Construction and was a long distant truck driver. His latest job was working for his greatest friend brother-in-law at Devon Bunker Excavating for 8 years, along with making jigs (Jigs-by-Jake). Jason married Laurie Hill on October 7, 2023 in Tenstrike. Jason enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on John Deere tractors with his best friend dad, and his numerous dogs.
Jason is survived by his wife, Laurie "Sweets" of Tenstrike; parents, Robert and Ava Crabb of Tenstrike; brother, Ryan"Homer" Crabb of Grand Rapids; sister, Rebecca "Sis" (Devon) Bunker of Turtle River; and a special boy, Trevor Ellingson; brother-in-law, Tim "Wingnut" (Cheryl) Hill of Rocky Point, MN; Sister-in-law, Janell (Ray) Estes of Kingman, AZ; nephews, Camden "Junior"(Abby) Bunker, Levi Hill, and Billy Estes; and nieces, Erin Estes and Hannah (Gavin) Hill.
Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joraine and Beaulah Crabb and Herbert and Mabel Carlson.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Crabb, Devon Bunker, Camden Bunker, Gary Yerbich, Tim Hill, Levi Hill, Ben Peters, and Shawn Knutson.
Services will be held at Cease Funeral Home in Blackduck, MN on Wednesday, July 17, at 11:00 AM with a lunch following services at Pour Willies in Tenstrike, MN. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 16, from 5-7 PM at the funeral home and also one hour prior to the funeral on Wednesday. Interment will be in Northwoods Cemetery iin Hines, MN.
