My daughter played for Jason at Christ The King Catholic School in NC. She has played multiple sports & had many coaches and she counts Jason as the best. He gave her confidence, by believing in her potential and expecting more out of her than she thought she was capable of. He believed in her ability which in turn made her believe in herself. We will be forever grateful for his positive impact. Our family sends our deepest condolences to the Dawsons. May he be at peace. Sincerely, The Dometrovich Family

I met Jason in HS at WC when I was a freshman and he was a sophomore. He was always so bubbly and lively and knew exactly how to make you smile and laugh! He was extremely funny and very easy to be around. A great genuine hug always came from Jason. I adored him and I loved the bond he had with my other dear friend Justin Yates. They were always goofing off together which brought me so much joy. I am so heartbroken along with all his friends and family and my prayers go out to his wife and children and to the rest of his friends and family. Hugs to all of you. I will always remember and cherish the good times I had with Jason.

Jason was one of the "Hardest" working Youngman that I had the privilege of coaching. We won several championships in the Pro-am Summer League due to Jason's knowledge of the point guard position. He was a joy to coach.

Jason was a talented trainer and an important mentor in my son's life. He brought out the best in him and gave him so much confidence. He shared his love for basketball and gave so much of himself to help him improve. He learned how to work hard, compete, take the losses and celebrate the wins. Jason's talent and dedication will be truly missed. There's an entire DOSE family that benefited from being part of Jason's life. Rest in peace, Jason.
