Dr. Jason L. LeMoine, age 52, of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly from cardiac arrest on Sunday, January 26, 2025. He was surrounded by his wife, youngest son, and some of his closest friends.
Jason was born on February 26th, 1972 in Heidelberg, Germany to proud parents Patricia and David LeMoine and older brothers Jeff and Greg. His family lived in various places before settling down in Green Bay in 1980, where Jason completed his high school education at Abbot Pennings.
He went on to study at the University of WI-Madison, where he completed a zoology degree and was a proud member of Sigma Phi Society where he met lifelong friends. It was at this time that he met his best friend, future wife, and soulmate, Erin. Star Wars brought them together at a young age and they were inseparable ever since. They were married on December 17th, 1994 and proceeded to raise five children, rescue countless animals, and build a beautiful life together. Their relationship withstood countless medical trials for Erin, only growing closer with every challenge life threw their way. Jason was Erin's unwavering strength, standing by her, propping her up when she couldn't stand on her own, and sitting patiently beside her when life made it too hard for her to move.
After completing dental school at the University of Minnesota, Jason completed Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Jason and his family returned to Green Bay in 2002 where he joined his Bay Oral as an oral surgeon and was thrilled to work alongside his father, David. Bay Oral was his home away from home and the staff all treated him like family. Through his work, he touched the lives of countless patients, coworkers, and members of the community. Jason's drive and compassion to help those around him were seen through his commitment to everyday patient care as well as his volunteer work in local clinics and missions abroad. He was a generous leader, hilarious colleague, and cherished mentor, inspiring his son TJ to continue the family legacy by pursuing a career as a third-generation oral surgeon. There wasn't a day that Jason didn't express his excitement to work with his son every day starting this coming July. Jason was Colin's biggest fan and moved mountains to be present across the country to support his musical career. Despite his love for 80's hits and 90's hip-hop, his favorite playlist was always the soundtrack of whatever musical Colin was currently starring in and he loved to hear Erin sing along. He was an unwavering support system day in and day out for his daughters, Sam and Ella. Teddy, a sophomore at Notre Dame, also aspires to pursue a career in dentistry like his dad and older brother. Teddy was Jason's shadow every day - together they set up every new piece of technology and fixed everything around the house.
Throughout his life, Jason had many interests and hobbies but they all paled in comparison to his devotion to his wife and family. He worked tirelessly to provide for his family while proudly attending every soccer game, dance recital, musical, and significant moment in his children's lives. He consistently fostered an environment for his family and friends to spend time together, welcoming all into his home and life without hesitation. Jason looked forward to every weekend that his brothers, nieces, and extended family could gather at the lake. His most cherished pastime was being with Erin, his soulmate. They loved watching movies together, spending time at Kelly Lake, snorkeling across the Caribbean while holding hands, or even just sitting together and talking. We were blessed to have been able to walk through life with Jason by our side.
Survivors include his wife Erin M. LeMoine, Green Bay; his 5 children: Dr. Timothy "TJ" (Megan) LeMoine and their daughter Scarlett LeMoine, La Crosse, Colin LeMoine, New York, NY, Samantha LeMoine, Green Bay, Ella LeMoine, Green Bay, Theodore LeMoine, Green Bay; his father Dr. David LeMoine, Naples, FL; 2 brothers and one sister-in-law: Jeffrey D. (Lynn) LeMoine, Crystal, MN and Gregory D. LeMoine, overseas; father-in-law Daniel T. (Deborah) McGowan; mother-in-law Bonnie Bellehumeur (Joseph Lawrence); one sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Meghan (Chris) Stevens and their two children, Nora and Cooper Stevens; and 3 nieces: Katrina (Scott) Hood and their two children, Joanna and Tessa Hood; Mariah LeMoine; Lydia LeMoine. He was preceded in death by his mother Patricia "Pat" LeMoine.

I had the privilege of meeting Jason and the LeMoine family several years ago, yet his presence and influence remain with me to this day.

From the start, he was the kind of person who made you feel like you belonged-steady, kind, effortlessly present. being with him made you feel more yourself, or maybe just less afraid to be.

Here´s to Jason-the stories, the laughter, the inspiration, the love that lingers. Here´s to never forgetting.

Erin, and the LeMoine family, I am so sorry for your loss. I am thinking of you and your family with love and sympathy.

In October I had the honor of making a dental presentation on behalf of Dr. Lemoine's Oral Surgery Group to the local general dentists of Green Bay. Dr. Lemoine was so welcoming and gracious- he made the event very fun for me. I am sure the whole community will mourn the loss of such a kind and dedicated practitioner. My sincerest sympathy is offered to his family, his work family, his patients and all who knew him. May you all find grace and peace in this difficult time. Dr. Donna Hecker

I recently had oral surgery and Dr. LeMoine did my surgery. He was fabulous with me and talked me through the whole thing. It will be a great loss for the clinic without him. My condolences to the family and his co-workers
