He was married to Jennifer Wood for 21 years. They had three children together: Bradley, Matthew, and Abbey.
Jason enjoyed simple things. He spent many weekends on the softball field with his teammates and made time for fishing whenever he could. He liked being outside and especially loved grilling for family gatherings and cookouts. He was a dedicated Chicago Cubs fan and rarely missed a game if he could help it.
He will be remembered by his family and friends for his steady presence and the time he gave to the things and people he cared about.
Jason is survived by his wife and children as well as his mother Mary and brother Duane.
Jason is preceded in death by his father Kenneth.
Arrangements are under the direction of Meadors Funeral Home, Republic.
