My deepest condolences. Dr.Jay, as I called him was a kind man. I saw Dr J 1x a year for my DOT Physical. At that appointment I would be there well over a hour, because he loved talking about, family, cars,NY. He always wanted to know about my son and grandchildren in Japan. I had my cousin, husband and a few friend going to see him. He was a special 1 of a kind man.

My condolences to all that loved Jay. I've only met Jay once in person but already felt like I knew him well because he was so personable on the phone when he, Steve and I would speak about sports, politics and business. Rest in peace brother

Whenever i was sick I woukd ask him medical questions,he had a answer for everything, the Healthcare industry lost a great person and I lost a great friend,
