He was a great dad and going to miss seeing him and talking to him. It is hard that he can't watch me in sports anymore. He was the best dad ever and he is going to miss his Grandchildren

To Jay's family:
We are so sad to hear the passing of Jay. He was a fun cousin with always a positive attitude. I remember him bringing over the family to my parents house to watch the Sioux hockey games. My parents really enjoyed them visiting and looked forward to them coming over. Jay was always quick with his wit, and had a smile/smirk that will long be remembered.
