Jayden Da'Shaun Braden, age 18, of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away tragically on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at his residence.
Born on November 7, 2006, in Columbia, Tennessee, Jayden was the beloved son of Preston Braden and Cameron Bryant. A senior at Columbia Central High School, Jayden had a promising future with plans to pursue a career in computer engineering after graduation.
Jayden was known for his work ethic and dedication, having worked several years at Wendy’s where he truly excelled. In his free time, he found joy in playing PC games, fishing, and indulging in his favorite foods. He was a good kid with a big heart, gentle spirit, and a great sense of humor that could light up any room. Jayden’s kindness and wit left lasting impressions on those who knew him. Jayden shared a special bond with his beloved cat, Ginger, who brought him comfort and companionship.
In addition to his parents, he leaves behind to cherish his memory his siblings, Savannah Estrada, Shamar Johnson, and Hannah Bryant, grandparents, Lisa Slaton, Deborah Armstrong, and Buford Braden, his nephew, Chance Estrada, girlfriend, Aralyn Baker, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service to celebrate Jayden’s life will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 3:00 PM.
Jayden’s sudden passing is a heartbreaking loss to all who knew him. He will be remembered for his laughter, his compassion, and the love he gave so freely. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and community.
