Jazmin Torres, a cherished daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on July 17, 2025, in Pampa, Texas, at the age of 26.

Jazmín Torres, querida hija, hermana y amiga, falleció el 17 de julio de 2025, en Pampa, Texas, a la edad de 26 años.

Celebration of life memorial mass will be 10:00 AM, Monday, July 21, 2025, at the St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Guadalupe Mayorga, pastor, officiating. A cremation will follow the service under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

La misa conmemorativa en honor a su vida se celebrará a las 10:00 a.m. del lunes 21 de julio de 2025 en la Iglesia Católica de San Vicente de Paúl, oficiada por el Rev. Guadalupe Mayorga, párroco. Después del servicio, se realizará una cremación a cargo de la Funeraria y Crematorio Carmichael-Whatley.

The rosary service will be recited at 4:00 PM, Sunday, July 20, 2025, at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel.

Born on November 18, 1998, in Juarez, Mexico, she was the beloved child of Maria Romero and Estevan Torres. As a young girl, her family moved to United States where they would settle in Pampa, making it their long-time home. Jazmin attended and graduated from school in Pampa. After high school, she entered the workforce and she pursued a career in healthcare, dedicating her time and energy to caring for the elderly.

Nacida el 18 de noviembre de 1998 en Ciudad Juárez, México, fue la hija predilecta de María Romero y Esteban Torres. De niña, su familia se mudó a Estados Unidos, donde se establecerían en Pampa, convirtiéndola en su hogar permanente. Jazmín estudió y se graduó en Pampa. Después de la preparatoria, se incorporó al mercado laboral y se dedicó a la atención médica, dedicando su tiempo y energía al cuidado de personas mayores.

Jazmin was a loving daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, who embodied a spirit of love and devotion that resonated deeply with all who knew her. She was a beautiful woman and soul, inside and out. Jazmin had a zest for life, enjoying simple pleasures like watching movies with her family and going dancing with both family and friends. She was a very supportive daughter, family member, and friend who was always there for the people she loved. One of her passions included her adoration for the Korean boy band, BTS, who brought her much joy. Jazmin will be profoundly missed by her family and friends.

Jazmin era una hija, hermana, sobrina y nieta amorosa, que encarnaba un espíritu de amor y devoción que conmovió profundamente a todos los que la conocieron. Era una mujer y un alma hermosa, por dentro y por fuera. Jazmin tenía un gran entusiasmo por la vida, disfrutando de los placeres sencillos como ver películas con su familia e ir a bailar con familiares y amigos. Era una hija, familiar y amiga muy comprensiva, siempre presente para quienes amaba. Una de sus pasiones era su admiración por la banda coreana BTS, que le trajo alegría. Su familia y amigos extrañarán profundamente a Jazmin.

Her survivors include her mother, Maria Romero; father, Estevan Torres; stepfather, Jose Villeda; brothers, Jorge Torres, Alan Quiroz, and Estevan Torres, Jr.; grandmother, Blasa Davila; sister-in-law, Liliana Torres; aunt, Irene Ramirez; uncles, Jamie Ayala and Ivan Ayala; cousins, Angel Ramirez, Yesenia Ramirez, Adrian Ramirez, and Raul Ramirez.
