Jean E Cebulski, 92, of Fords, passed peacefully on Friday, May 17, 2024, at Care One at the Highlands, in Edison, NJ.
She was born on December 20, 1931, in South Hadley Falls, Massachusetts, she was formerly of Newark and Belleville, NJ, before settling in the Fords section of Woodbridge Twp. 24 years ago.
She was a graduate of the East Side High School in Newark and was a retired cafeteria worker for the Newark Board of Education employed at the Oliver Street Elementary School for over 25 years.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard F Cebulski, who died in 1980, her parents, William and Mary Paszek McHardy, her brother, William McHardy, her sister, Barbara James.
She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Jean F. Kaskowicz and her husband Alan S., of Ft. Mill, SC, her son, Richard W. Cebulski and his wife Margarita Cebulski of Fords, her 2 grandchildren, Jason Kaskowicz and Matthew Kaskowicz and his wife Ashley, her 5 great-grandchildren, Nolan, James, Henry, and Wells Kaskowicz and Alexis Johnson, her 2 great -great grandchildren, Layla and Deegan Zegarelli, her dear sister, Josephine Arico of Findlay, OH and also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Private Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, NJ. Funeral services have been entrusted to Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords.
If desired, contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at StJude.orgor Hackensack Meridian Hospice..
