Jean Ealy, age 73, of London, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2025. She leaves behind three children, Ashley Back & husband Ethan of London, KY, Mary Ann Depew & husband Bill of London, KY, Tammy Napier & husband Jamie of New Tazewell, TN; four siblings, David Boggs of Laporte, IN, Hazel Tucker of Cumberland, KY, Edna Lewis of Cumberland, KY, Willis Boggs of Lynch, KY; eight grandchildren, Caden Back, Emmy Back, Whitney Hammons, Luke Depew, Landen Depew, Gage Lawson, Kayla Cline, Tyler Napier; four great grandchildren, Braylee Hammons, Ryker Hammons, Eli Cline, Bodie Cline; plus a host of other family and friends to cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by her husband, Buford Ealy; her parents, Viron & Lucille Brown Boggs; and by two siblings, Quinton Boggs, Jackie Foutch. Jean leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. She had a deep appreciation for the beauty of the world around her, whether traveling to new places or simply watching for bears and enjoying the wildlife she so dearly loved. The greatest joy of Jean's life was her family. Her grandchildren were truly the light of her world, and she treasured every moment spent with them. She also carried in her heart a steadfast love for her late husband, whose memory she held close throughout her life. Jean will be remembered for her adventurous spirit, her warmth, and her devotion to those she loved most. Her family and friends take comfort in knowing she is reunited with her beloved husband and that her legacy lives on through her children and grandchildren. There are no services scheduled at this time. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
