Jean Ann Hambrick

Jean Ann Hambrick, age 69, of the Mount Herman Community in Bedford County, passed from this life on Friday, November 21, 2025, at her residence.
Born June 8, 1956, in Winchester, TN, Jean was the daughter of the late Grover Robertson and Dorothy Spencer Robertson. A devoted homemaker, she enjoyed sewing and also worked in the BCBE cafeteria. Christmas was her favorite time of year, a season she cherished for the joy it brought her family. Above all, Jean loved and treasured her family deeply. She was a faithful member of the International Embassy of the Holy Spirit in Estill Springs.
She leaves behind her husband of 51 years, Marvin "Buddy" Hambrick; children, Steven (Adria) Hambrick and Sandy (Anthony) Petrina, both of Shelbyville, TN; grandchildren, Douglas, Tyler, Piper, Kay, Sarah, Clara, Jeremy, Gavin, and Jalynne; brother, Roger Robertson of Tullahoma, TN; and sister-in-law, Mary Gene (Timothy) Dean of Shelbyville, TN.
In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her son, Jeremy Hambrick, and siblings Phillip Robertson, Tommy Robertson, Janet Robertson, and Rodney Robertson.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 5:00–7:00 PM at Doak-Howell Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
