Jeanne Hommel Obituary
Jeanne was born July 28, 1929, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of the late Richard Frederick O'Dea, and Ruth M. (Lathouse) O'Dea. On August 2, 1952, she was united in marriage to Paul Andrew Hommel, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by two daughters, Grace (David) Berrey, and Ruth (Darrell) Fraley; two grandchildren, Nathan (Rachel) Fraley, and Natalie Fraley; and a great grandchild, Micah Paul Fraley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her daughter, Carol Check; and her brother, Paul Frederick O'Dea.
Jeanne was a graduate of Bowling Green University and previously worked as an elementary school teacher. She was a member of the Nottingham Chapter #296 of the order of the Eastern Star, Euclid, Ohio; and was a member of Calvary Methodist Church in Waverly.
Visitation will not be observed. Arrangements are under the care of Boyer Cremation Services.
