Jeannie Dale Corbitt Williams of Lewisville, TX passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025. Though we hurt for her loss we are comforted by knowing she is in Heaven rejoicing.

Jeannie was born on February 19, 1950, in Sherman, Texas to JD and Lois Corbitt. She married Gary L. Williams on February 24, 1968, in Lewisville, TX and was blessed with 57 years of marriage.

After encouragement from her sisters-in-law, Jeannie pursued an education in nursing. She obtained her LVN, then went on to pursue her RN. Jeannie went to work at Lewisville Hospital in 1976 when they opened. She worked in several departments but the one closest to her heart was the Emergency Room, where eventually she became the Nursing Manager. After 20 years at the hospital Jeannie went to work with her husband at Choice Concrete, Inc. as the office manager. Working together allowed Jeannie and Gary time to go camping, snow mobile and enjoy time with their friends.

In addition to the above activities Jeannie enjoyed going to garage sales and antique shops searching for the perfect hidden treasures or furniture. She also enjoyed cheering on her grandchildren in football, basketball, volleyball, softball and soccer.

Jeannie was preceded in death by her parents, JD and Lois Corbitt, sister Pam Stapleton, brother Jesse Corbitt.

Jeannie is survived by her husband Gary L Williams, son Gary L Williams, Jr (wife Brenda), daughter Andrea Williams, grandchildren Elijah Williams (Courtney), Rae Foster (Dewain), Emma Williams, sister Patricia Shires (Bob) and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family would like to say and special Thank You to Linda, William, Sabrina, Calisha, Mya, Jennifer, Angie, Nicole, Cindy, Allison, and Shirley with Aspen Home Health. Your assistance and compassion were felt by Jeannie and family.

Visitation will be Sunday, November 2nd, from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home. Funeral will be on Monday, November 3rd at 11am at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home.
