Jeff Doyle Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by United Funeral Service, Inc. on Dec. 25, 2025.
Jeffrey David Doyle, affectionately known as Jeff, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025, in Hickory Flat, MS, surrounded by his loving family, leaving behind a legacy of humor, love, and a collection of pranks that will be retold for generations. Born on February 1, 1963, in New Albany, MS, Jeff's zest for life and love for his family were the hallmarks of his 62 years.
Jeff was the spirited son of the late Francis Paul Doyle and Anne B. Thompson Doyle. Jeff's siblings Beverly Doyle Tate, Paul Thompson Doyle (Dania), and PJ Doyle, often found themselves both the accomplices and the victims of his legendary pranks. Despite this, or because of it, they formed an unbreakable bond, united by shared memories and a family saying that laughter was always the best medicine.
A graduate of New Albany High School, Jeff's strong sense of duty led him to serve in the US Army from 1984-1987, an experience that shaped much of his early life. His work ethic and engaging personality were evident in his long-standing career with Coca-Cola, where he dedicated over twenty years of service. Jeff also worked at River City Sprinklers in Cordova, TN. Jeff also brought smiles to many faces while working part-time at Stokes Supermarket, becoming a familiar and friendly face to the customers who came as much for his jokes as for their groceries.
Jeff's heart was always with his family. He leaves behind his loving wife, Kim Brisco Doyle, and their cherished children, Regenia Ann Doyle Bennett (Kelly), Jeffery Allen Doyle (Ashley), Bryon Nowlin (Ashley), and Andrew Beal "Drew" Doyle. His role as a grandfather to thirteen grandchildren filled his life with laughter and love, and his presence will be deeply missed at family gatherings.
To say that Jeff was funny and spirited would be an understatement, because Jeff was the life of every party. His passion for grilling and fishing were only surpassed by the joy he took in pulling a good-natured prank, earning him the nickname "Crazy Jeff." His laughter was infectious, and his ability to make people laugh was second to none.
Jeff's life was a testament to the power of positivity and the importance of family. He was a man who could light up a room with his smile and leave a lasting impression on everyone he met. His funny and spirited personality will be remembered fondly by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Jeff was a husband, a father, a brother, a grandfather, and the best friend anyone could wish for. As we gather to share the tales of Crazy Jeff, let's honor his memory by living as he did, embracing each day with humor, love, and a touch of mischief. Jeff, here's the joy you've given us. Your laughter echoes in our hearts, and your spirit lives on in every chuckle and grin you have inspired.
A memorial service to honor his life will be Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 3:00 pm with a visitation beginning at 1:00 pm until service time, all at United Funeral Service. United Funeral Service is honored to be entrusted with these services.
