Jeff Roberts

Jeffrey “Jeff” Alan Roberts, 59, of Rexburg, died February 17, 2026. He was born November 15, 1966, in Saint Anthony, Idaho to Grant Jensen and Shirley Winegar Roberts.

Jeff was raised and attended schools in Soda Springs and Sugar-Salem.

Jeff married Kris Mangum on March 5, 1988. They were blessed with two children, Chelsie and Tyler. They lived and raised their family in the Rexburg area before they built their family home in Burton outside of Rexburg.

Jeff was a hard worker and worked at several jobs until he started his own landscaping business. He owned and operated Creative Design, LLC, for several years. The last few years they changed their business model and focused on excavation work and lawn maintenance.

Jeff loved the outdoors and all related activities. Camping, fishing, four-wheeling were all things that he enjoyed doing with his family and friends. He really loved snowmachining and went as often as he could.

He is survived by his wife, Kris; children, Tyler and Chelsie (Josh); his sisters, Teresa (Dan) McRae, and Barbara Mains; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Winegar, his brother Jay Roberts, and a nephew Gideon Chase Voss.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 23, at the Burton LDS East Chapel, 2332 West 2000 South, in Rexburg. The family will receive friends and family Sunday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Flamm Funeral Home, 61 North 1st East, in Rexburg, and Monday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the Burton East Chapel prior to services. Interment will be in the Rexburg Cemetery.
