I so enjoyed working with Jeff. I'd contact Jeff about a habitat or water issue related to fish in the LaGrande area or NE region (at that time), and he was always willing to help out and provide good information to protect fish and their habitats. We were two of the three JZs during the 1990s & 2000s, along with Jeff Ziller. I know he had a good life, but I will miss knowing that he is in this world.
