Jeffery Grant Holbrook age 48 of West Liberty, Kentucky passed away Thursday, March 06, 2025 at the Morgan County ARH Hospital in West Liberty, Kentucky. He was born January 15, 1977 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Harry Junior Holbrook and Donna Gail Ward (Frank) Phipps, who survives.
Survived by his mother, and step-father, one brother, Sanford (Stephanie) Holbrook of Mount Olivet, Kentucky, one sister, Ashley (John) Back of Salyersville, Kentucky, three uncles, Gary (Jean) Ward, Grant (Mildred) Holbrook, J.D. Jenkins, three aunts, Nevlee Reed, Connie (Bill) Hunter, Gay Ward, two nieces, Alexis (Don Wells) Holbrook and Addison Back, four nephews, John (Caitlin) Hendrix, Lyle (Desarie) Hendrix, Justin (Mary Lauren) Hendrix and Brandon Burden, special friend, Renea Potter, special friend and caretaker, Maxine Kalb, special cat, Sushi, special dog, Pepper, with a several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his father, Jeffery is preceded in death by his stepfather, Ronnie Nantell, paternal grandparents, Grant and Fronie Holbrook, maternal grandparent, Sanford and Melda Ward, five uncles, Charles Ward, Harold Holbrook, Jim Holbrook, Palmer Holbrook, John Holbrook, six aunts, Ruth Skaggs, Zelma Jenkins, Judy Francis, Elizabeth Holbrook, Easter Smith, and Louise Griffey.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 11, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Blair, Teddy Montgomery, and Michael Howard officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Monday, March 10, 2025 from 5:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time till funeral services.
